Legal warranty and assistance or [langa_mod.8]

All products purchased from LANGA are backed by a two-year legal seller warranty, safeguarding against manufacturing defects in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6 September 2005). The Consumer Code, as outlined in articles 128 and subsequent sections, mandates that the seller must deliver “items and services compliant with the Sale Contract.” As per articles 128 to 135 of the Consumer Code, consumers have the right to seek free repair or replacement from the seller for products displaying a compliance defect within 24 months from the date of purchase. Any defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

Each service or product provided by LANGA includes a Set-Up assistance service, offering post-sale technical support to enhance and refine the purchased service. The duration of the Set-Up service varies for each product or service, depending on its complexity and delivery method.

a) To utilize the Set-Up assistance service effectively, we request you to subscribe and register the purchased product or service.

b) Following the conclusion of the Set-Up service, technical assistance and Customer Care services will be chargeable for clients encountering technical issues unrelated to the previously offered service/product.

Evaluation of manufacturing defects is done on a case-by-case basis, recognizing that the craftsmanship of technical production may not necessarily constitute a defect but can contribute to the uniqueness of the service. It’s important to note that LANGA reserves the right to assess requested compensation in line with the warranty, with particular attention to digital services, considering both craft factors and crucial characteristics of physical intangibility.
