We respect those who respect us
We have business and work relationships with companies and people from different countries and each of them deserves great respect. Our solid principles describing what conduct we want on the job help us judge and select our future suppliers. Responsibility at work
There are no fixed and uniform standards, this is a primary rule at work. The LANGA code of conduct must be respected by all workers and applied to achieve our goal, continuous improvement.
Rights and duties of workers
We always make sure that human rights are respected in all work environments, without exception. We want our environments to be pleasant and we want our products to be created with responsibility, in compliance with the provisions of the law.
We teach our workers how to work as a team
All workers for LANGA are trained before being allowed to participate in any of our clients’ planning processes. We are able to work as a team only after constant practice, which we encourage and put first.
